There is something to be said about seeing the cattle roam free in the pasture and know that they are well taken care of and healthy. I normally buy my beef in McKinney, Texas, from Costco or a local supermarket but it doesn’t compare to what I got from Gregory, South Dakota. All of my friends around the neighborhood can’t wait for me to cook a brisket, hamburgers or steaks so they can come over and eat the beef from Biggins Cattle Company! We eat salad at the local steakhouse now because our standards for beef are so much higher.
